Traveller from Reading stayed in May,2007

Guest Comment:
Overall hotel was fine. A few negatives - the pillows were exceptionally hard (could be an Italian thing). One curtain was broken. Key to safe didn't work. There was no shuttle to/from airport as on venere website - paid 45 euros for taxi.

Top Tip:
Definitely do the open-air bus and splash out for a drink on the roof terrace of the Raphael Hotel (14 euros for a G + T)
