The Ara Pacis Hotel is housed in a late 18th century palazzo in the heart of Rome, with an ashlar-work façade featuring harmonious arcades on the ground floor, refined double-lancet windows on the upper floors and lovely cornices along the attic floor. The interiors are well maintained and comfortable, decorated in variations of green that create a tranquil, elegant atmosphere. The 37 guestrooms are decorated in the same shades of green as the public areas. They feature classical style furniture, visible wood beams and, in the superior rooms, a delightful little terrace where you can eat breakfast with a view over the roofs.
Guests can use the lounge for reading or conversation and breakfast is served in the large dining room, decorated with elegant wall-hangings. Structured as a buffet, breakfast offers an ample selection of sweets and deli meats, fruit juices and coffee to satisfy the expectations of an international clientele. The bar is always available for a break to enjoy coffee, a snack or a cocktail.
